Living Without My Social Media In 24 Hours?

So in the end, I decided to challenge myself... 24 hours without social media!


No Instagram, no TikTok, no YouTube, not even scrolling before bed or during my meal. I thought it would just be a simple “detox,” but it accidentally turned into a full day without my phone at all (and guess what, it died halfway through 🥲).


In my vlog, I share what the day was really like — from waking up and resist to check my notifications, to sitting at Macca’s doing absolutely nothing while everyone else stared at their screens. It was strange at first, but also kind of peaceful.


By the end of it, I realised how much I rely on my phone just to fill up the silence. Taking a break made me notice little things again, just like quiet mornings, random chats, and actual stillness.
